Processing Time

Each Madeline Aken wig is crafted in small batches with meticulous attention to detail — we never mass produce.

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with availability details and your estimated dispatch date.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting Monday.

If the style you selected isn’t immediately available, our team will begin preparing it especially for you once your order is placed.

• Peak periods or selected styles: Up to 15-20 business days

Delivery Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, postal lockers, or freight forwarding companies.
A signature is required on delivery, so please provide a business or residential address where someone is available during business hours.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will contact you to arrange redelivery. Unclaimed parcels returned to Madeline Aken will be charged for delivery fees( AU$60- AU$100).
