Every Madeline Aken order is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped from our Perth studio. All deliveries are fully insured, trackable, and sent via Australia Post Express or FedEx Express.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

For ready-to-ship pieces, payment is captured and your order proceeds to dispatch promptly. Most in-stock pieces leave our Perth studio within one business day.

Made-to-Order Pieces

For made-to-order pieces, we will send a confirmation email within 24 hours outlining availability and the estimated dispatch timeframe. Processing begins once the timeframe has been confirmed with you.

Estimated processing times

Standard processing: 2–5 business days
Peak periods or selected styles: up to 15–20 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day

DUTIES, TAXES & TRACKING

All international orders are shipped Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP). Any applicable import duties and taxes are included, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or freight-forwarding addresses.

A signature is required upon delivery. Please provide a residential or business address where someone is available during standard business hours.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to Madeline Aken, re-delivery fees will apply. These are typically AU$60–AU$100, depending on the destination.
