At Madeline Aken, every order is prepared with care, precision, and respect for our clients. Each wig is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped via FedEx Express & AUS Post Express, fully insured and trackable to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Australia Domestic Shipping
AUS Post Express
- Estimated transit time: Approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Service: Tracked and signature-required delivery
- Shipping fee: Complimentary on all orders
International Shipping
FedEx Express
- Estimated transit time: Estimated 3-4 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
- Shipping fee: Free
- Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP). There are no hidden fees or surprise charges upon arrival.
Order Confirmation & Processing
For ready-to-ship pieces, payment is captured and dispatch proceeds promptly. Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day from our Perth studio.
For made-to-order pieces, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours outlining availability and the estimated dispatch timeframe.Processing begins once this timing has been confirmed with you, ensuring clarity and a considered experience before your piece is completed and shipped.
- Standard processing time: 2–5 business days
- Peak periods or selected styles: Up to 15-20 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Requirements
We are unable to ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or freight forwarding addresses.
A signature is required upon delivery. Please provide a residential or business address where someone is available during standard business hours.
If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to Madeline Aken, re-delivery fees will apply (typically AU$60–AU$100 depending on destination).
