Whether you are living with alopecia, going through chemotherapy or radiation, managing trichotillomania, or experiencing another form of medically related hair loss, this program is our way of making an MA wig a little more accessible.
This is not a promotion. It is a standing commitment.

The MA Care Program is available to clients experiencing medically related hair loss.

Alopecia areata, totalis, universalis, or related forms of alopecia.

Treatment-related hair loss
Hair loss connected to chemotherapy, radiation, or other medical treatment.

Trichotillomania
Support for clients experiencing hair loss connected to trichotillomania.

Other diagnosed medical conditions resulting in significant hair loss.
If your situation is not listed here but is medically related, you are welcome to reach out. Each application is reviewed individually.
Care discount
$200 USD
single-use care discount
Approved applicants receive a $200 USD single-use discount toward any full-priced MA wig.
The discount is issued as a private code after your application is reviewed. It cannot be combined with other discounts, sale items, or promotions, and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
The discount applies to the wig price only.

The process is simple and reviewed privately by our team.

Share a brief note about your situation and attach a simple supporting document, such as a doctor's letter, diagnosis summary, or other relevant paperwork.
You are welcome to cover any details that are not needed to confirm eligibility.

Receive a reply
We will review your application and respond within 2 business days. If approved, your private discount code will be included in our reply.
Private Review
A note on your privacy
Any information you share with us is used only to review your eligibility for the MA Care Program.
Your information is handled confidentially, is not used for marketing, and is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Supporting documents are deleted after review wherever practical.

No. The MA Care Program discount applies to full-priced wigs only and cannot be combined with sale pricing, other discounts, or promotions.

A doctor's letter, diagnosis summary, or other official document that confirms medically related hair loss is enough. You are welcome to cover unrelated personal details before sending it to us.
