Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs, returns are only accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. All lace, tags, and inserts must remain intact.
Requests for return must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Any signs of wear, cutting, colouring, washing, or styling will make the item ineligible for return.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.
To request a return, please email madelineaken@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, our team will issue a pre-paid return label and detailed instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and passed inspection.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer an exchange for another Madeline Aken wig of equal or greater value, provided the returned item meets our return conditions above.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, the replacement wig will be reserved for you and dispatched as soon as the original item is received and inspected.

Any price difference for the new selection can be settled via invoice prior to shipment.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
Return/Exchange Shipping & Handling Fees

Australia Domestic returns/exchanges: AU$110 flat fee

International returns/exchanges: AU$240 flat fee
These fees cover the cost of courier handling, insured return shipping, and product re-inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or repair at no cost to you.
